Request Data Deletion

Under applicable privacy laws including the CCPA, GDPR, and Florida privacy regulations, you have the right to request that we delete your personal data from our systems.

What gets deleted: Your account, business listings you created, messages, reviews, and any other personal data associated with your email address. Some data may be retained where required by law (e.g., financial transaction records).

• We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

• You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.

• If we are unable to verify your identity, we may contact you for additional information.

• Some data may be retained as required by applicable law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
