5. Payments and Subscriptions

Paid plans and services are billed through Stripe. All sales are final unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time, with notice provided to existing subscribers. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform — including logos, design, and original text — is owned by or licensed to Brevard City Guide. You retain ownership of content you submit, but grant us a non-exclusive license to display and distribute it as part of the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of business listings or third-party content. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Brevard City Guide shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
