Turkey Creek Sanctuary is a 130-acre nature preserve in Palm Bay featuring elevated boardwalks that wind through towering cypress, sand pine scrub, and oak hammocks. Walk the 1.5-mile boardwalk loop along the dark waters of Turkey Creek and look for manatees, otters, gopher tortoises, and a wide variety of birds. The on-site Margaret Hames Nature Center offers educational exhibits.
